What V1 collects

The initial online brief may collect identity and contact details, address, cover audience, general cover priorities, business or international scope, attribution and consent records. Do not enter diagnoses, symptoms, medical history, bank details or identity documents into the initial form.

Medical or underwriting information must only be provided later through an approved secure process with the relevant privacy information.

Why we use it

We use information to create and administer your cover brief, provide requested services, meet regulatory and security obligations, prevent misuse and—only where you opt in—send marketing. Legal bases can include contract steps at your request, legitimate interests, legal obligations and consent.

Sharing and retention

Information may be shared with service providers, regulators, professional advisers and, when you choose to progress, relevant insurers or intermediaries. We keep it only for as long as required by purpose, law and regulatory record-keeping duties.
